Overall accomplishes the goal which is to make the DD5V1/2 line CA compliant, but apparently that is at the cost of the release being ambidextrous. Fairly sure I installed correctly as there aren't a lot of parts but given the design of the DD5V1/2 series would have been nice to have had an instruction manual specifically for the line. Serves it's purpose and the only option I could find for the DD5V1/2, but as a lefty shooter the loss of the ambidextrous release hurts almost as much as having to do this in the first place
